Progress
We believe that progress stems from high standards and commitment. Several companies within the Group are certified ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 45001 (health and safety), and ISO 14001 (environment), ensuring continuous improvement in our practices. These certifications structure our processes, reinforce the reliability of our industrial operations, and embody a shared ambition: combining performance, safety, and environmental responsibility. This collective progress dynamic benefits our clients, our employees, and the planet.
Impact
The Rouby Group companies are committed to reducing the environmental and resource impact of their activities. This includes rigorous waste management, systematic sorting and recycling, reduced energy consumption, and limiting the use of perishable or polluting products. We pay close attention to the carbon footprint of our production and transportation processes. These actions are part of a broader approach of continuous improvement and corporate social responsibility.
Community
We value the local economic fabric through a responsible purchasing policy that prioritizes nearby suppliers and partners. This approach promotes short supply chains, strengthens relationships with regional stakeholders, and supports local employment.
In addition, the Group actively contributes to promoting its professions and territorial roots by working with local authorities, schools, and professional networks to showcase its industrial expertise within the region.
Efficiency
We are implementing a responsible energy policy across our companies to reduce our environmental impact. This includes the gradual adoption of electric vehicles for professional travel, reducing energy consumption at production sites, and optimizing equipment for greater efficiency. Awareness initiatives are also carried out internally to engage all employees. This approach reflects a long-term commitment to sustainable energy transition and environmental performance.
